Jealous

Paz Bonfil and Adi Kum met almost a decade ago in Tel Aviv’s underground circuit. Having moved to Berlin, they founded the powerhouse art-punk trio Jealous together with Findan Cote in 2018. Inspired by 70s glam-rock and post-punk, Jealous songs center around serial killers, strange drug experiences, the weather, and the need to not apologise for being human and owning flaws. The trio released their first EP ›What’s Your Damage?‹ on their own label Baby Satan Records in 2019, followed by their second EP ›Lover‹ on New York label Deadstrange in 2020. In addition to touring with Gurr and Amyl and The Sniffers, Jealous performed numerous opening slots for Viagra Boys, Death Valley Girls and Surfbort.

In 2019, Jealous received a grant of 6,000 euros to work on their debut album.

In March 2022 Jealous were on tour with A Place To Buy Strangers and therefore received Musicboard’s Support Tour Funding.
