Die Wilde Jagd (›The Wild Hunt‹) is a project of Berlin-based musician Sebastian Lee Philipp in collaboration with co-producer Ralf Beck and several guest musicians. Their eponymous debut album – a dense, atmospheric mix of repetitive guitar loops, electronic percussion, drums, synthesizers and German lyrics – was released in 2015 on Bureau B. After a year of extensive national and international touring, 2017 saw the release of their ›Geisterfahrer‹ EP on Jennifer Cardini’s imprint Correspondant.
In 2015 Die Wilde Jagd was on tour with Fehlfarben and in 2016 with the band Kreidler and therefore received Musicboard’s Support Tour Funding
For 2017, Die Wilde Jagd is receiving a grant in the amount of 5,000 euros for the recording and completion of the second Die Wilde Jagd album.
