From 2020, a jury will be appointed for the Support Tour Funding program. We are particularly pleased that we can designate the jury as follows: Andrea Wünsche, booker Monkeytown Booking; Sebastian Hoffmann, consultant, program director and organiser Down by the River Festival; and Katja Lucker as managing director of Musicboard Berlin GmbH.
ANDREA WÜNSCHE
Andrea Wünsche has many years of experience as a booker. She is the founder of Magnet Musik, an internationally operating booking and management agency for electronic music, with which she became self-employed in 1996 and which she managed until the end of 2019. In December 2019 Andrea Wünsche has taken over the booking department at Monkeytown Music / Records in order to reactivate and establish the associated agency. Among other things, she is responsible for the booking of Modeselektor.
SEBASTIAN HOFFMANN
Sebastian Hoffmann supervises the touring artists consulting service for internationally mobile artists for SMartDe – Netzwerk für Kreative e. V. In the music scene of Berlin, he stages concerts as part of the collective Fourtrack on Stage and brings to life the Down by the River Festival as one of the programmers and organisers. From 2012 to 2016 he was an agent at Paper & Iron Booking.
