With its regularly occurring events, Berlin’s Dümtek collective presents first and foremost artists with migrational backgrounds from the fields of LGBTI and feminism. Musical and artistic talent are brought together to revive traditional gazino culture, recontextualised in relation to queer-feminist and post-colonial identities. In 2019, musicians like Derya Yildirim & Grup Şimşek, Gizem Oruç, Mavis Güneser, Petra Nachtmanova, Gazino Neukölln and Ebow could be experienced live.
