As the voice of Berlin’s club scene, the Clubcommission works to ensure that the interests of Berlin’s club culture are taken into account by politics, administration and industry. Its work focuses on the protection and development of a diverse and sustainable club scene. With its offer of advice, information, moderation and mediation, it is not only a central contact point for club culture professionals, but also for the media, administration, institutions and businesses. In 2023, the Clubcommission intensifies the work of the Awareness Academy and organises regular workshops and roundtables for young event organisers on the topic of Free Open Airs. This offer is made possible by the European Regional Development Fund (ERDF) and the co-financing of Musicboard.
