With Ambient im Garten, the STAUB collective, along with labels Unrush and Intergalactic Research Institute for Sound, is carefully bringing electronic-music culture back into the open. Every Friday night from late August to late September 2020 in the backyard of ://about blank at Ostkreuz, the event series sent a few dozen people on a journey in which sound, artists, audiences and a treasured location were woven together into an intimate soundscape. To create a diverse, site-specific programme, the creators of Ambient im Garten cooperated with innovative local organisers, collectives and labels as well as artists such as Headless Horseman, Rabih Beaini, Dasha Rush and JakoJako.
