The annual African Food Festival combines traditional cuisine and current street food movements with the latest trends in music, literature, art and design from an entire continent. People, Food, MUSIC is an event created by the African Food Festival Berlin with the intention of providing a platform to up-and-coming Berlin artists. The organisers are especially interested in creating a meeting point and a site for showcasing cultural diversity for the BIPOC community. The programme focuses on live music from the fields of Afrobeats, Afro house, Afro trap, hip-hop, R&B, soul and pop. In 2022, the African Food Festival invited numerous live acts, DJs and a variety of culinary offerings to the Park am Gleisdreieck. Among the participating artists were Aka Kelzz, Elsa Dove, Blazey and Jenesis B2B Stimulus.
