African Beats & Pieces is a series that has been presenting African music at its events since 2017. It places a special focus on contemporary and lesser-known artists whose music reflects the diversity of sounds and songs from the continent. On the occasion of International Women’s Day on the 8th of March, the stage was being offered exclusively to women and female-identified artists. Among others AWA KHIWE, Juba Music and Deejay Aisher could be experienced live.
