Takseer started as a series of events and in 2022 launched the first edition of its festival. Its aim is at providing a stage and space for intercultural exchange for emerging artists from diasporas. The audience is invited to explore and experience eclectic electronic music with influences such as hip-hop, electro, grime, bass music, breakbeats, deconstructed club and hard dance as well as allusions to different cultures. Among the artists present were Liliane Chlela, Koast and Guedra Guedra.
