Otto is a village of shipping containers at the Haus der Statistik situated directly on the corner of Karl-Marx-Allee and Otto-Braun-Straße, where the collective Nie Theater organised a week of stage events in July to colour the otherwise noisy neighbourhood with new sounds. The programme offers talks, live podcasts, open stages, jam sessions, and of course concerts, with an overarching goal of establishing a new musical presence with audiences in the area. The event brings together musicians from Berlin and abroad, spanning different genres, backgrounds and levels of recognition, with participants including Riah Knigt & Shaban, Zora, Gotopo, Aria, Lucia Lip, Lena Stoehrfaktor, and Cassette Head Sessions.
