Panic attacks at the laundromat, the fake smile of a receptionist, queer dates – Juno Lee draws the inspiration for her lyrics mainly from everyday observations and experiences. Packaged in catchy guitar-heavy indie pop, the 20-something artist invites her listeners into a world of emotions. Born and raised in Berlin, Juno Lee has been playing on the streets, in parks and subway stations between pigeon shit and grumbling security personnel since 2019. Where Riot Grrrls and Barbies meet, Juno Lee sets the soundtrack. In 2022, Juno Lee has performed at c/o Pop and Sziget Festival, among others.
In October 2022 Juno Lee was on tour with Levin König and therefore received Musicboard’s Support Tour Funding.
