Berlin Career College
The Berlin Career College comprises the continuing education programme of the Berlin University of the Arts, which, with its certificate courses, international summer universities and artist trainings, is aimed at artists, creatives and art lovers.
Berlin Music Commission
With formats such as Most Wanted: Music, nxtB:now or Sprechstunde Musikwirtschaft, the Berlin Music Commission offers all players in Berlin's music industry the chance to transfer knowledge as well as critical and creative discussions on current topics such as digitalisation, new work, sustainability and diversity.
The Clubcommission supports Berlin clubs and promoters, the independent scene and young collectives from the open-air scene with workshops and further training on topics such as awareness, diversity, sustainability, financing, funding, legal issues and political participation.
Coaching BONUS is a funding programme initiated by the state of Berlin that gives small and medium-sized Berlin companies subsidies for coaching services. In addition to financial support, a pool of advisors is available to help applicants master business challenges on their own in the future.

Music Pool Berlin
As a central contact point for musicians in Berlin, Music Pool Berlin offers professional development in the form of workshops and coaching. Its mission is to support musicians, DJs and other music professionals in successfully establishing themselves in the music industry.
This music women's network aims to support the city's up-and-coming generation of female and non-binary musicians in their personal and industry-specific further education and career planning through a coaching programme.
Through music-production and DJ courses, workshops, private lessons and Ableton Certified Training, participants of the noisy Academy receive training by professional coaches from Berlin's electronic-music scene in the creative and business sides of music.
Shoot it yourself
Shoot it yourself is a workshop giving young musicians the necessary know-how for producing a music video: from brainstorming and calculation, dramaturgy, image and lighting design to editing and post-production.
As a collective of women, non-binary and trans people, SoundSysters strives for a long-term impact on gender diversity within the more technical areas of the live music industry by offering workshops on PA and live mixing, DJing and recording.
Spoon is a DJ workspace for women, trans and non-binary people, creating a space where DJs of different levels of experience can learn and practice DJing with vinyl in a non-judgmental atmosphere and freely ask questions.
