Women are all but invisible in the club landscape, especially when they belong to a sexual minority. The series GLOW provides young female DJs and bands with performing opportunities and facilitates access to an opinion-forming audience. The booking places great value on balance between different sexual orientations and different cultural backgrounds. Each edition is opening with a talk. The second half is presenting various musical performances in the form of emerging singers, bands, and DJs.
