Blossom and bloom – that’s what the DJ collective BLVSH stands for, meaning the empowerment of women, trans and non-binary people in a club scene that is still dominated by cis men. In addition to their own DJ gigs and live performances, the BLVSH crew has already tried out conducting vinyl mixing courses for beginners in the studios of Refuge Worldwide. In 2022, the collective expanded its portfolio to include workshops, networking sessions and panel discussions aimed at more advanced FLINTA* artists. This year’s programme was rounded off by a two-day showcase in the bar Paloma.
