The independent music label Alvozay, founded by rapper Ebow and DJ Tmnit Ghide, celebrated its festival debut in 2020. With the Alvozay Festival, the founders created an inclusive platform that provides a safe space for people from the BIPoC community. In 2023, the festival with live concerts, workshops and DJ sets takes place at Festsaal Kreuzberg and offers a stage to established musicians as well as newcomer artists. The line-up includes Nalan, Ebow, Douniah, Tashan, and Layla, among many others.
