5 Seconds – Musik für Hall und Raum SPEZIAL

5 Seconds – Musik für Hall & Raum SPEZIAL is a project set in Friedrichshain’s Zwingli-Kirche in consideration of the church’s impressively long reverberation and offered
a site-specific, artistic challenge over a two-day concert programme. Amplified sound is foregone in favor of acoustic instruments, allowing the architecture to be experienced
not just spatially but sonically as well. Besides a completely acoustic memorial concert in memory of the recently deceased Italian composer and instrument maker Mario Bertoncini, the audience was able to experience an exclusive organ concert by Charlemagne Palestine live.
