The Down by the River Festival is turning 10 – reason enough to celebrate. As in past years, the 2018 issue of the one-day festival is taking place across three different stages in the enchanted garden of :// about blank. It will present many exciting young artists and bring together niche scenes and subcultures. The focus is on the introduction of young, as-yet-unknown talents from Berlin.
