»There is power in rage« — this adapted saying not only references the title of their debut album ›Precious Rage‹, released in winter 2022, but also serves as the motto for the grunge-spiced riot/punk band FATIGUE, made up of four Berlin-based women. Rage, for them, is not merely destructive; it can also drive necessary change — socially, within the music industry, and especially in a male-dominated musical genre, on club and festival stages, and between people. Formed in 2019, the band draws inspiration from the Riot Grrrl movement while incorporating other musical genres and contemporary elements. Their sound ranges from punk rock and garage to grunge, featuring raw guitar riffs, driving drums, catchy choruses that invite sing-alongs, and powerful vocals carrying an empowering message — all hallmarks of FATIGUE’s identity.
In 2024, FATIGUE receive a Musicboard scholarship of 4,500 euros to support the production of a new album.
