Dillon

Dominique Dillon de Byington lives and works in Berlin and is known for her depth and continual artistic evolution. Born in April 1988 in São Paulo and raised in Cologne, she began playing piano at the age of seventeen and setting her own poems to music, which she shared on YouTube. Her debut album, ›This Silence Kills‹, was released in 2011 on Ellen Allien’s BPitch Control label. It was nominated for the Echo Critics’ Award and led to an extensive multi-year European tour. Over the following years, she has collaborated widely, released four albums, toured extensively, and worked on a radio play and a theatre production.

In 2024, Dillon receives a Musicboard scholarship of 4,500 euros to support the production of a new album.
