Berlin Showcase at Reeperbahn Festival

Berlin goes Hamburg! Together with !K7 Music, the Berlin Music Commission, Berlin Partner and our media partner FluxFM, this year we are hosting not only the Berlin Reception at Reeperbahn Festival, but for the first time also a joint showcase. Starting at 7 p.m., Martyna Basta, FLOSS and HEADJET will take the stage at Grüner Jäger.

Musicboard presents Berlin-based artist FLOSS, who is being supported through a Musicboard Scholarship in 2026.

FLOSS blends riot grrrl energy and club beats into a new sub-genre: angry feminist techno pop. Praised by VOGUE as »one of the most exciting newcomers in the GSA«, the Berlin artist captivates with ultra playful rave concerts at festivals like Lollapalooza – and most recently, as the support act of Sophie Ellis-Bextor. Raised in Northern Germany, she left small-town boredom early to work in fashion in Los Angeles and Paris with Jeremy Scott and JC de Castelbajac, before building her own world: »surreal pop maximalism with feminist spikes« (Berliner Zeitung). FLOSS isn’t here to play nice popstar: her sound is furious and forward-thinking with a big dose of fun – influenced by Uffie and Peaches as much as the sweaty basements of Berlin clubs, with indie sleaze flashes and an electroclash spirit. In other words: a pink punch in the face.
